Hi, I Am Dr Beauty Sinha

I am a dentist with an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, bringing over 10 years of experience in various healthcare roles, from customer and provider sides to strategic and digital realms. My journey has been diverse, allowing me to gain a holistic view of the healthcare industry.

In 2017, I discovered yoga, which became a turning point in my life. I transitioned smoothly into teaching yoga after experiencing firsthand its profound benefits. Before yoga, I struggled with low energy, stamina, and chronic anemia. My lifestyle was marked by constant fatigue, irritability, and frequent illnesses. Walking even short distances felt like a challenge.

Today, after 7 years of dedicated yoga practice and completing 200-hour and 300-hour professional yoga certifications, I am a different person. My hemoglobin levels have improved drastically without supplements, my energy is sustained, and my immunity is stronger than ever. This transformation culminated in fulfilling a lifelong dream of trekking to Everest Base Camp earlier this year at the age of 38.

I am passionate about combining yogic wisdom with modern medicine to help others achieve optimal health. My mission is to guide people towards becoming the healthiest version of themselves, overcoming challenges like anemia and other disorders that affect so many globally.
